If you put the acetate voer the top and turn on the light, you project the image over the wall with the light. Like a omvie projector. The guy had a collectino of this acetates.
Maybe he didn't like movies he liked see covers projected over his living room wall. He wrote several books on 70's and 80's in brazil about the art of comic books, maybe he used as pieces for workshop for teach about how to draw comics. Maybe he teach on art school? Who knows!
I not a expert on the use of those things. Anyway, you cna use this pieces as decoration, put in frame or something.
